Just for fun – this is how we do girl time


The girls and I got together today – check out what we did.

Deadlifts – ascending sets of 5 reps by 10 pounds each set until we couldn’t do the 5 reps

I started at 235 and failed at 285 – only got to 3 reps – but it was FUN!
