Cran-Apple Turkey Burger over Cabbage

This was my favorite meal last week!!

Ingredients & Directions:

Mix the following together in a bowl to make one large burger or two smaller ones:

*8 oz extra lean ground turkey breast

*1/2 cup of Tara’s cranberry sauce

*1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Put in Panini press or on grill

While turkey burger is cooking sauté the following:

*2 cups shredded or chopped green cabbage

*1/2 cup Tara’s cranberry sauce

Cook cabbage until soft – top with cooked turkey burger then

DRIZZLE with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
